Shipping & Returns
EU Shipping Options & Fees
We provide complimentary Standard Shipping to all EU locations.
All shipments are processed through our Distribution Center located in Poland.
For orders placed by 12:00 p.m. (GMT) on weekdays, we aim to dispatch them on the same day.
During busy times and holiday seasons, additional processing time may be necessary, with preparation taking up to 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.
All shipments are sent via UPS Express.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment\'s progress. Please note that deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours, and a signature is required upon receipt.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date to arrange an exchange or return.
Ensure that all items are returned in their original condition – new, unused, unopened, and with all security seals intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

We recommend using a recorded or signed-for postal service for your returns and retaining proof of postage. You will be notified within 1-2 business days upon receipt of the returned package, confirming the processing of your return.
